a note from the founder
No subscriptions. Here's why.
Subscriptions are frustrating. You find a useful new app, open it, and hit a paywall before it has done anything for you. It puts the bill before the value.
A subscription is a real business tool, and it makes sense when a product has ongoing costs like servers or staff. But my rule for PracticeChef is simple: unless a feature truly needs a recurring payment, it won't have one. Value comes first. The customer is the only boss.
I do want PracticeChef to keep growing and improving, and that takes money. So I'll keep pricing fair and honest, with one-time purchases instead of monthly bills.

what you pay for
Free to cook. Pay once when you print.
The app
Recipes, cooking, notes, and the cook log. Free, with no account to make.
Designing your book
Build and preview cookbooks as often as you want. You only pay when you export.
A pack of 3 exports
Each export is an edition of a book. Sharing an unchanged edition again is always free. When you change a book's recipes or notes, the next export uses one. Price shown in the app.
Good to know: the pack doesn't renew and nothing is charged automatically. Payment is handled by Apple. Exported PDFs are saved on your iPhone, not on our servers, so keep a copy somewhere safe. Cookbooks are for your own kitchen and for gifts, not for resale.
